All ticket prices are inclusive of GST.

Concession applies to full time students, recipients of the Australian Social Security Pension, Seniors Card holders, aged pensioners and Centrelink concession card holders.

All seating at the Heart of Gold International Film Festival screenings is general admission. Be early to secure the best seats! Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the screening.

Sessions advertised as ‘sold out’ may actually have a limited number of tickets available for sale at the door, due to tickets held aside for Festival Pass Holders. A standby list will be taken from half an hour prior to each screening to be sold in strict order immediately prior to the session screening.

All tickets are sold inclusive of booking fee.
Credit Cards will be debited at time of booking and must be produced when collecting tickets.

All tickets are sold on a no-refund, exchange or cancellation basis. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

The Civic Centre is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the Heart of Gold office for further information.

Please note that Online ticketing will close down four hours prior to the start of each session.

Thereafter Tickets for those sessions can only be purchased at the Box office at the Civic Centre in Gympie.
